Let's Review
The GOP wants government off our backs, but they want to take over the job of teaching your kids about sex.
The GOP accuses the Democrats of not supporting our troops, yet shoves them into war with no protection from attacks.
The GOP claims to have a more diverse cabinet, but all the brains are exactly the same.
The GOP claims to have the morality franchise, yet corporate crime, murder, military deaths, voter fraud and abortions have increased dramatically under their rule.
The GOP calls itself the party of responsibility, but they spent the last four years blaming everything on Bill Clinton.
The GOP claims to be the party to trust with homeland security, but they can't find anyone without a rap sheet to run that department.
The GOP claims to be fiscally conservative, but they've plowed through a huge surplus, ran it into a record deficit and they still want to borrow to pay for things like Social Security and a historically inept war.
The GOP claims to be compassionate, but their idea of a helping hand is to recruit more poor and elderly people into fighting that inept war.
Ready to take it to the streets yet? If not - when?

You gotta remember it's not just the GOP. Do you see anyone REALLY FIGHTING back on the dem side?
But, yeah, I'm all for takin it to the street.

Take it too the streets? Sure, and I'll wear something that looks good for the surviellance cameras trained on me and the rest of the protesters. If I organize and motivate my fellow concerned citizens really well a change in diet will be needed as soon as the IRS frames me for some tax scofflaw. Tough to eat well with your wages tapped for suddenly appearing tax violations. Maybe the Patriot Act that allows damned near anyone into my home without a warrant will result in cocaine planted in my sock drawer or child pornography on my hard drive. Of course that anonymous call to my employer telling him he has a traitor working for him will go over well. Bush will make the KGB or Stasi look like rank amatuers in future years.

You need to check the following website. It is about armoring of trucks and how the GI's have to pay for it. This is beyond disgusting.

Shit, the "Responsibility" Party is STILL blaming Clinton for everything.

Shorter: The GOP wants to privatize Social Security, because Iraq went so well.
Longer: Why should we trust people whose "planning" of an unnecessary war gets so many killed and costs so much (even more than they said, and they said it'd cost a lot) to "fix" a domestic program that isn't even broken? Why can't people see that we are being led by the blind and dangerous, and that our leaders have anything but our interests in mind?
People WOULD take to the streets if this was truly understood, but the last election showed that those of us who see these things are not the majority, and taking to the streets without the at least tacit understanding of the public, the very same folks we would be saving from those in power, would mean hurting our neighbors. No, unfortunately, the powers that be have more cards than we, dealt from the bottom of the deck, for sure, but more cards, and they will use them. And till the man on the street sees this, and finds it disgusting, we're stuck. All we can do is be shrill, loud, honest, vigilant, and shrill. Very shrill.

In order to force the secretaries of state to call for new presidential elections in Ohio and Florida, boycott Wendy's restaurants and Outback Steak houses around the United States. Wendy's runs their corporation out of the state of Ohio and Outback Steakhouse runs their corporation out of the state of Florida. Call or email these companies and demand that they get their secretary of state to call for a new election or go bankrupt because we will not do business with them. Both companies give money exclusively to the Republican Party. A recount will not give the people who could not vote due to suppression, a vote.
To Contact Wendy's Corporation People can email
webmaster@wendys.com
To Contact Outback SteakHouse click on this link
http://www.outback.com/contactus/index.asp
and demand a revote in each respective state or you will not buy from them.
Click here to contact the governor of Ohio to demand a revote or you will continue to boycott Wendy's
http://governor.ohio.gov/contactinfopage.asp
and click here to contact the governor of Florida to demand a revote or you will continue to boycott Outback steakhouse and or Florida orange juice.

Pass the word.
I have advocated boycotts since 1998 calling for people to boycott Republican donors or companies who stand by and let the Republican Party adversely affect a large amount of people in this country. I advocate voting and writing letters to make your views known and to put people in offices from local to federal, but those two activities only make up part of what you can do. Very often when you buy a product or service some of your money gets funneled to the Republican Party and their candidates, not only before elections but to lobbyists who affect legislation. The money that came from you gets used to affect legislation in many cases against your interests.
When you group together with many thousands of people to boycott a company and set conditions for the purchase of their products you can make a stronger statement than just if you write letters. Frederick Douglass said that those in power will not concede power unless you make a strong demand of those in power. When you boycott with thousands of other people you make a strong demand and legally threaten the financial wellbeing of a company that must either lobby for us for our progressive agenda or suffer financially to a large degree. If you want to legally influence legislation 365 days a year with a strong effort please read my action plans below to increase the minimum wage, repeal and replace the meager Republican prescription drug law with an 80 percent coverage of medication within Medicare Part B, and extension of unemployment benefits for those people who still seek work but whose benefits expired after 6 months which Republicans refuse to extend.
Do you want to extend unemployment benefits for those who still seek work after 6 months and increase the minimum wage to 10 dollars an hour? Do you want to stop social security privatization and remove the taxable income cap of the FICA tax that funds social security that will keep social security solvent?

Do you want to repeal the Republican 20 percent discount prescription drug benefit and replace it with an 80 percent coverage Democratic prescription drug benefit under Medicare Part B with no extra premiums, deductibles, means test or coverage gap?
