Class, Welcome Our New Special Student...
There's that look. An all-too familiar look that his past corporate partners know well. The look that says, "I'm not crazy about this job anymore, and I'm losing interest," with a tinge of "Blowing stuff up is so much more fun."

U.S. President George W. Bush (C) visits NORAD's
U.S. Northern Command to receive a briefing and to monitor possible
damage and destruction to the Gulf region of the U.S. by Hurricane Rita
while in Colorado Springs, Colorado, September 24, 2005. President Bush
will travel to Texas following his visit in Colorado.

U.S. President George W. Bush attends a briefing on
Hurricane Rita during a visit to FEMA headquarters in Washington,
September 23, 2005. Texas officials warned of a catastrophe and water
spilled over levees to flood parts of New Orleans anew on Friday as
Hurricane Rita barreled toward the U.S. Gulf Coast with winds reaching
135 mph (217 kph).

I remember that look from the first Kerry/Bush debate. Something is really eatting our Preznit! He doesn't like whatever he is seeing and hearing.

Booze kills brain cells....Excessive booze kills lots an' lots of same....
Snorting cOke and other excessive use of "recreational" drugs only compounds the problem...When the addicted one STARTS with a congenital defect and a "c-average intellect and attitude", there just isn't much chance of his becomming a "brilliant, compassionate, caring" COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF except in "The Land Of Nod" or "Thieves World" perhaps....
Now, ain't that a surprise?...And it ani't even October yet!

All I know is I sure would like to play a little poker with this guy. Does this man have a clue how he screws up his face upon hearing something he doesn't like or is completely bored with? The man is a contortionist. So glad he has some kind of talent.

Why does the signage keep leaving off the last two letters
F E M A I L ?
Ofcourse he's bored. The high level of problem solving skills and vocabulary are WAY over his head. He doesn't know what the hell anyone is talking about and thinks they are full of sh't. He wants to get out of there and get out now!

I remember hearing from a former board member at Sky Chef that W. was the kind of member who had nothing to contribute except for dirty jokes. He'd gotten the job because "he was in a sad way" and "his father used to be President".
W. was gently asked to resign after a year or so and he said "Well, I was thinking it was about time to resign and move on to running for Governor of Texas".

Look at the guy on the right, laughing his head off!
Posted by: wdh | Sep 24, 2005 at 05:01 PM
He's trying to figure out a way to sneak out and ride his bikey.
Posted by: | Sep 24, 2005 at 06:36 PM
Bubble over his head: "Why do I have to pretend to be interested when I am not going to be running for office again? Karl Rove is a big old meanie and he will take away bike if I don't sit through this bull shit. How many more times do I have to work on the weekend. That wasn't in the deal. This job sucks."

Hey I thought this was traffic school. NO one told me I needed to sit and listen about all those damned poor people.
Posted by: Me | Sep 24, 2005 at 06:52 PM
"Traffic school..." hilarious.
If only our "Who Knew" president actually gave a flying crap. Looks as though the hangover is lifting a little tho.

Something is UP... he KNOWS something that is EATING at him. He either: A. has been given REALLY REALLY bad news about something that directly negatively impacts his administration.
B. He is getting ready to declare martial law on is because we are in such DEEP SHIT because of his mismanagement...
C. Something really serious.

At FEMA, he looks like he wants a drink, and at Colo Springs, he looks hungover.
