Remember the "men are from Mars, women are from Venus" meme? After the swift-boating of Kerry, I visited and commented at the swift boat veterans site, told the story of my last days in Vietnam, (that was the thread of comment), got a vitriolic reply from one of them and I'm thinking, What happened to Semper Fi? I figured we all have Veterans' status in common. No? No! So to mimic the Mars/Venus metaphor I decided that Marines are from the heart and swift-boaters are from the asshole.
