I've got NO problem with setting a projected timetable for withdrawal - that's good strategic and operational planning. I DO have a problem with either promulgating, "leaking", or publishing "leaked" specifics of that timetable - which would be a strategic, operational, and tactical blunder that would be exploited to the max by the bad guys.
