Can the New President Do This?
Y'know...address the Global Climate Summit in a mature way that doesn't devolve into jingo and bullcrap? For that matter, just having a new president address the Global Climate Summit, period, is kinda nice. Global warming. It really exists now.

As Letterman said, I don't think anyone would mind if he started early.
I'm sure Bush is ready to hit the road. His village called, they want him back.

I'm wondering how the uber-yahoos are going to handle this. I don't know about you but most of the "verdict is still out" types I know really softened up this last year or so. first they admitted it was happening but wouldn't admit it was man made. then they'd admit it was PARTLY man made but overblown. uh huh.
well, now that they've all got their Freddy Kruger fingers out are they going to go back to saying it's all a bunch on hooey? I wonder.
