A Small Cave-In by Warren - But a Cave-In Nonetheless
Anti-gay wording removed from his website. It doesn't change much, but at least one conduit of propagating intolerance is gone.

maybe that's because us Christ-o-phobes are such hate-mongers!

If he were Batman he wouldn't have room for Robing because you gotta admit, that's a pretty small cave - especially now that he's calling gays evil and such.

Warren's still trying to be the Nation's Preacher. Gotta be all inclusive and shit. Taking the words down from the website is just pathetic. Do you think we're that naive?
Warren preaches hate. He lives it, breathes it, eats it for breakfast. He stands before his flock, live and in widescreen HD, feeding them the same putrific repast. Words on a website mean nothing.
Warren has his moment in the light. We may have to accept that but we don't have to listen. I kinda like the movement calling for those who disagree with his poison to turn their backs on him as he speaks.
Preach to my back, bigot. Your poison has no place here.

I know guys who are smarter than me see this differently but here's the way I see it (smart or not)
you know how talk radio and FOX News made out like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton "are the true racists!"? well, anybody who talks about racial issues "play the race card" and are discussed as racist by those with pretty hard to defend positions on these matters.
you see what they did? THEY aren't racist because they say insenstive things about people of race - the people who take exception to what they say - they are the TRUE racists.
okay, now what has Warren done in that video I posted? HE'S not the intolerant guy - it's all those godless heathens who don't like what he says! "The Blogs" are the Al and Jesse in this equation and, of course, the heathens themselves.
as I say, smarter people than me see this different but they aren't so smart that they've convinced ME and I'm pretty easily swayed when you get right down to it.

If it takes religion to justify your particular "morality", you're doing it wrong.
Homosexuality is not immoral. Lying about it is.

Washington DC, Dec 10, 2008 / 04:48 pm (CNA).- President-elect Barack Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden have officially invited the Lesbian and Gay Band Association to march in the Inaugural Parade.
"I am honored to invite these talented groups and individuals to participate in the Inaugural Parade," said President-elect Obama. "These organizations embody the best of our nation's history, diversity and commitment to service. Vice President-elect Biden and I are proud to have them join us in the parade."
I mentioned when this 'discussion' about Warren started, that Obama had invited a LGBT band but no one commented about it. It is a First.

I have the same opinion as yours on this. What you said is true.
